Body Shop Support Manager
Jakarta Raya


Responsibilities:

Responsible to cascade and lead the action plan to the dealers, in order for dealers to make their body shop repair smoothly and expand their business efficiently on the vehicles. Give advice to dealers for which way to take on the body shop repair vehicles (repair in internal, outsourced, or both); collect, manage and analyze body shop performance data from dealers and give instruction to dealers to analyze and give feedback to them; plan and promote the training for dealer staffs to handle the vehicle accident repair case, skill-up trainings for Body Shop Adviser and staff to estimate body shop and body shop workers and securing the quality of body shop performance

Requirements:


  • Age 27 - 40
  • Experience in a similar automotive field (or pertinent field) for more than 3 years
  • Bachelor Degree in Automotive technology or Mechanical Engineering
  • Have knowledge of vehicle maintenance and collision repair business
  • English proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of knowledge in Excel and Microsoft office software
  • Highly detailed and organized
  • Must be able to perform daily communications and reporting
