Credit Legal Manager (Code: LED MGR – NJP) Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Supervise credit documentation of the customers
Supervise and handling Loan Syndication Documents, Agency Documents
Make necessary legal opinion on various legal issues relating to the customers

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law from reputable university with minimum GPA: 3.00
Having experience minimum 3 years (Assistant Manager) or 5 years(Manager) in the same field
Indonesian citizen with maximum age 35 years old
Able to draft various legal documents
Have a good knowledge of various banking product (Credit, Assets Receivables Purchase, Bonds Financing, ECA Financing, etc)
Must have good analytical skill, assertive and being consistent
Fluent in English both speaking and writing
Responsible and able to work under pressure
Holding minimum level 1 of banking risk management certificate
