PT. Tokyo Radiator Selamat Sempurna is a joint venture company between Tokyo Radiator , Japan and PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk. The company’s main business is manufacturing of radiator , heat exchanger and components mainly to automotive companies.

We are now hiring highly qualified candidates to work for the following position:

Sales and Marketing Manager (Code: SMM)
Banten

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor , review and report all marketing activities and results
  • Deliver marketing activities within agreed budget
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
  • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
  • Follow up all the requested items by customers

Requirements:

  • Male or female, max 38 years of age,
  • Min Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from reputable university,
  • Having at least 10 years of working experience in sales and marketing
  • Excellent in Japanese both oral and written is a must
  • Fluency in English is a great advantageous
  • Preferably has own car
  • Working experience in manufacturing company will be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner
  • Able to work under pressure and working overtime if necessary,
  • Honest, discipline, strong leadership, and problem solver,
  • Willing to work at Curug, Tangerang
