PT Tokyu Construction Indonesia, PMA Company and currently looking for qualified candidatesto fill the following position:

Admin & Accounting Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
~ Supervise, plan and coordinate the activities of a variety of finance and accounting services that may include, but are not limited to, general accounting, account payable, payroll, auditing, treasury management, and financial reporting.
~ Report financial information in an accurate and timely manner, prepare and provide financial report to external agencies as required and also Management reporting.
~ To manage the outstanding payables & receivables falling due and contract customers before the balances become overdue to confirm payments.
~ Develop, implement and monitor internal controls. And ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS and USGAAP), corporate policies and other regulatory requirements.
~ HR Duties including review and prepare employment letters, payroll and local compliance in term of compensation and benefits.
~ Compliance to local Government/legal requirements such as business/operating license, etc.
~ Liaise with bank. Auditor, tax and legal consultants, etc.
~ To coach and develop accounting and administration staff.
~ Highly Self-Motivated, strong analytical skill, result-oriented and work independently.
~ Out of hours will be required as part of this position.

Requirements:
~ A Bachelor's or Master Degree from an accredited college or university with major work in accounting, business administration, finance or a closely related field.
~ Ability to communicate effectively in English.
~ Have experience with Japanese Contractor Company.
~ Have Supervisory or lead experiences over a general accounting function.
~ Ability to use Accounting and financial-related computer software and the applications to assigned function.
~ Principles and practices of leadership, supervision, training and performance evaluation.
