Sales Training Specialist (Staff Role)

Responsible in developing and delivering training modules related to systems, sales skills and interpersonal skills to serve sales training and sales process and system.

Requirement:

1. Age 25 - 35 years

2. Experience in the similar automotive field (or equivalent) fore more than 3 years

3. Bachelor degree

4. English proficiency (TOEIC 700 score or equivalent)

POP and Dealer Marketing (Staff Role)

Responsible in regular monitoring dealer, wholesaler and POP stock material and developing sales program for dealer base on management target.

Requirement:

1. Age 25 - 35 years

2. Experience in the similar automotive field (or equivalent) fore more than 3 years

3. Bachelor degree

4. English proficiency (TOEIC 700 score or equivalent)

Accounting Specialist (Staff Role)

Responsible for assigned accounting functions for automotive company. Specific duties include processing accounts receivable and accounts payable; reconciling and reviewing expenses; communicating with vendors to resolve billing disputes; training and providing information on Finance & Accounting systems to other personnel; process all non sufficient fund checks; generating accounting reports and maintaining contracts.

Requirement:

1. Age 25 - 35 years

2. Experience in Accounting field (Experience in automotive company is preferred) fore more than 3 years

3. Bachelor degree

4. English proficiency (TOEIC 700 score or equivalent).

HR & GA Specialist (Staff Role)

Responsible in supporting Human Resources and General Affairs team in order to provide a variety of programs and policies regarding employees and to provide general affairs support, addressing a broad variety of issues, maintaining files, create actions plan of HR & GA functions.

Requirement:

1. Age 25 - 35 years

2. Experience in HR & GA field (Experience in automotive company is preferred) fore more than 3 years

3. Bachelor degree

4. English proficiency (TOEIC 700 score or equivalent).

Internal Control Expert (Assistant Manager Role)

Responsible in assessing internal control and ensured all operational activities in accordance with the company´s policies and procedures as well as Government Regulations and conducting independent evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of management policies, procedures and controls; integrity of information; security over company´s resources; compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirement:

1. Age 30 - 45 years

2.Experience in Internal Control field (Experience in automotive company is preferred) fore more than 3 years

3. Bachelor degree

4. English proficiency (TOEIC 900 score or equivalent).

Sales Executive

Jakarta Raya - Thamrin

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for sales of machine tools

2. Creating, maintaining and follow up of business with clients

3. Preparation of quotations for clients

4. The position might include management and setting up new business in the future

5. Clients will mainly be Japanese automotive companies

6. Training in Japan will be provided after joining or after a few months

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.

- 3-5 years of sales experience

- Has experience working in a Japanese Company or Studying abroad in Japan

- Able to communicate fluently in verbal and written English

- Able to communicate in Japanese will be an added advantage

- Experience related to machine tools sales preferred

- Experience working in a trading company as sales is an advantage.
